I found the build # 177 on the rear fin. I now have a Chevy 350 310hp and a Volvo 280 duo out-drive. At 30 statute mph 2500 rpm she burns 5.0 US GPH. Top speed is 45mph because of the duo-prop (cavitation between the blades @ 45mph) this is a good thing because I am fast out of the hole efficient @ cruise 30mph ( which does not change because of the fixed fins ). With the single prop and a lot of power you can go too fast and lose control (about 60 mph is were I lost control). I will answer any questions.

Hi Jim!
Nice to meet you. It's a pitty, I was in Florida last autumn and didn't know there is 'Volga lover'....
I have the vessel, some docs as well, but in russian only and I'm in contact with russian 'Volga lovers'.
If any questions-welcome.
Would you be so kind to e-mail me the anode scheme.
Thanks in advance.
